Since I have started creating a new collection of gnomes all old collections are now listed as submenus from the 'Old Collections' tab on the menu bar.  A drop down menu will open and you can choose the collection from there. You can view each collection that has been uploaded to GIPHY by clicking on the links on each of those webpages.
