To all the males out there .... I never thought that males might also journal when struggling with life. Much to my surprise while researching this I realized that I had to get my head out of the sand! More googling might be introduced here on this subject, but for now I googled if males use journals and found this quote:​

And now, you can see below some animations that I created with the help of ChatGPT brainstorming ideas with me. Quotes were created with different themes. Once the images were resized, I learned how to use CapCut to add animated text and a text to voice. I was able to choose a voice style (male/female). Enjoy!
